Zoltán Lőrincz

Co-Founder, CEO

Zoltán Lőrincz is one of the co-founders of EXswap and is responsible for day-to-day business operations and management of the company. Zoltán started his career during his student years at Faculty of Computer Science as a software developer.

In 2001 he met Frank Mrosk and in 2002 they founded Expert Software Applications Srl (EXswap).

Since then he dedicates much of his time for running the company.

Frank Mrosk, born in 1954, has 20 years experience from his work at BMW AG, primarily in project management and strategy development. Other six years of intensive strategy development in the free market for big corporations, associations and individuals give him an excellent background.

He took his first job directly at BMW AG. He gained experience in production, motor assembly, in the body shop of development. He was largely responsible for the development and deployment of virtual collision control. In a staff position for the Development Director, he worked on strategy development and applied it successfully in many areas of BMW AG.

Since 2000, Mr. Mrosk is independent.

In 2001 he met Zoltán Lőrincz and in 2002 they founded Expert Software Applications Srl (EXswap).
